Ask me Anything sessions for VIP registrants

After our BYQ trainings on Saturday and Sunday, we will host an additional ask-me-anything conference call exclusively available for our VIP registrants.  This is perfect for those who are not satisfied with posing their questions in an online chat, but require the back-and-forth of an old fashioned oral conversation to make sure they understand the material and the exercises.  The second and third sessions of the BYQ trainings will be scheduled for noon (Eastern time zone).  After a late meal break and an opportunity to review the homework assignments, we will reconvene in the early evening to help ensure our VIP registrants are getting full value from the material we cover.

Campaign Finance Compliance Consultation with your Treasurer

One of the modules in the Before You Qualify challenge will focus on Assembling a Campaign Team.  Your first or second hire (yes, even volunteers should be hired), ought to be your campaign Treasurer.  Your campaign needs you focused on being the candidate, not concerned with the day-to-day overhead of campaign finance compliance rules and reporting.  As a bonus offered to VIP registrants who complete our Before You Qualify challenge, I will host group calls to help you onboard and train your treasurer, walk them through the mechanics of opening a bank account for a political campaign, learn your local campaign finance compliance requirements and prepare to file the required report.

Campaign Strategy Consultation with your Campaign Manager

Your first or second hire (yes, again, volunteers must be vetted and hired), ought to be your campaign manager.  At best, I can only manage one or two campaigns each year.  And it would cost far more than the cost of this challenge to get that level of my attention on your campaign.  But as a bonus for VIP registrants who complete our Before You Qualify challenge, I will help you identify, engage, onboard and train a campaign manager local to your constituency.  We will host a sequence of three phone conferences for candidates who have completed our BYQ challenge where you are asked to bring your campaign managers to explore the principals of campaign organization, strategy and tactics.  I will also schedule a one hour call, unique to your campaign where we can discuss the particulars of your candidacy, campaign, district, messaging and more.
